Indiana Attorney Needed to File Lawsuit Against Town, County and Solar Developer

Indiana Attorney Needed to File Lawsuit Against Town, County and Solar Developer
I am looking for an attorney licensed in Indiana that is willing to file a lawsuit against a town, county and solar developer.

I have spent 4 years worrying, fighting, talking and writing in our attempt to stop an Industrial Solar Development from being built on property located in Spencer County Indiana.

The property in question is zoned agricultural by the county, however the Town of Grandview Indiana has illegally approved the construction of this project OUTSIDE of their Corporate Limits, without having a legal buffer zone.

The county has not blocked this solar project, in-spite of having a very tough solar ordinance that we helped push for.
SolSystems, a small solar developer out of Washington D.C. has offered the town $650,000 to approve this solar project OUTSIDE the town legal borders and the town accepted the money.

So, now I want a minimum of $2 million, AFTER attorney fees, PER RESIDENT or household for every person that will not only loose a major portion of their property values, but also the dreams of having family members build new homes and live next door to them in their old age, in order to care for them.

So, if anyone reading this knows of a good fighter licensed in Indiana that will file a lawsuit for us, preferably taking a percentage of the settlement amount vs us paying for everything, we would appreciate it.

I and others have already been paying one attorney out of our pocket to fight this in court, but the Town and Solar Developer both blocked us from intervening in a legal case. So, now I am ready for all of these entities to start paying us for the time, effort, stress and anguish they have put us through for the last four years.

This fight is not just about us, because if this county, town and solar developer are not forced to pay us for the ILLEGAL damages caused to our lifestyle, property values and future health and well being, then every rural resident in America is in danger.

Thanks for any leads or recommendations that will help us send an important message to our elected officials and the greedy solar developers.
