This is page 1 of the documents that were hidden from local citizens, by Grandview Town Clerk/Treasurer until 10 to 15 minutes prior to the Grandview Town Officials voting on allowing solar farms to be built in the area.
It is dated, Nov 12, 2019 – and requested a date for a public meeting on either Dec. 9thor Dec. 12th.
It was sent specifically to Donna Burrows, (the Clerk/Treasurer) as the primary source of this documentation.
It claims a legal description of the project land was included however when I and others asked Donna Burrows to show us that paperwork, she stated that she did not have anything except a map.
This documents also exposes the fact they did NOT have a “Proposed Decommissioning Plan Agreement)
